You are reading these Terms and Conditions of Sale because you are using a site, a digital experience, a social platform, a mobile app. These Conditions of Sale constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DRIP QUALITY and its affiliates in relation to orders placed for products available on the Platform. Please check in our List of Local Units the name of the DRIP QUALITY subject who will provide you with the Platform and the related contact information. DRIP QUALITY may update these Terms of Sale without notice by posting the updated Terms of Sale on its Platform. Purchases will be governed by the Conditions of Sale published on the Platform at the time you place your order. Please read these conditions carefully and check that your order details are complete and correct before placing your order. Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Terms of Use and the DRIP QUALITY Privacy Policy. The Terms of Use are referred to here by this reference.



To place orders on the Platform you must be at least 14 years of age, or the older age required by applicable law to enter into a contract with us, and be a consumer – not a reseller.


The Platform is intended exclusively for the sale by DRIP QUALITY of products to final consumers, the purchase of products for resale is therefore strictly prohibited. Purchase for resale means the purchase of products by those who resell, or intend to resell, the products to others (consumers, companies or third parties). Where DRIP QUALITY deems that you are involved in buying for resale, DRIP QUALITY reserves the right to take action against you, including, but not limited to, limiting your sales, canceling your orders and/or suspending or terminating your account .


An email address is required to place an order and you may need to set your browser to enable (functional) cookies and pop-ups in order to be able to use all of the Platform’s features, which include designing personalized items, ‘adding items to your shopper and placing your order.

When you place an order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the order. The order will be considered accepted when we ship the Products to you – we will send you an email confirming that the products have been shipped (“Order Confirmation”). At this point the agreement, which contains these Terms of Sale, will begin to produce its effects and will be binding on the parties (you and us) (the “Agreement”). We recommend that you print or download a copy of these Terms of Sale and the related Order Confirmation for future consultation. In the event that we are unable to supply you with a product, we will notify you in writing and will not proceed with the order.


Fulfillment of all orders on the Platform is subject to availability. We expressly reserve the right not to accept your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel a Contract by giving written notice to you in the following cases, without being liable to pay any damages or expenses other than reimbursement of any amount paid by you in relation to the Contract we have cancelled:

the product is not available / in stock;

your billing information is not correct or verifiable;

your order is reported by our security system as an unusual order or at risk of fraud;

you are under the age of 14, or of the age of majority required by applicable law to enter into a contract with DRIP QUALITY;

you are a reseller;

there was an error in the price indicated on the Platform; that is to say

we cannot deliver to the address you have given us;

due to an Event Outside Our Control (see below).


When you send us your order, we will be able to carry out some checks before it is processed. These checks may include verifying your address and anti-fraud checks. We perform semi-automatic checks on all purchases to filter transactions that are unusual or suspicious or that can be identified as being at risk of fraud. Suspected fraud on the Platform will be investigated and if necessary prosecuted.



You will find the available payment methods

them for each country in the support section of the DRIPQUALITY.com website (the “Site”). We do not accept payment methods other than those indicated in the assistance section. We invite you not to try to pay in ways other than those specified. Should this occur, we will not be liable for loss of payment or any damages which may be caused by such action.


If payment is made by credit/debit card, we will debit your account as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This may take a few days. In the event that payment is not received within 12 calendar days following the transmission of the order, your order will be automatically cancelled. Payments will only be processed if billing information can be verified.


The product(s) will remain our property until we have received full payment for such product(s).


The prices of the products shown on the Platform are inclusive of VAT, as applicable. Shipping costs are applied to each order. The exact shipping costs depend on the country where your order is delivered. For details on shipping costs in the various countries, consult the assistance section of the Site.

Prices are quoted in Euros except in the UK, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland and Denmark where prices are quoted in local currency. If you change the country of delivery while browsing or during checkout, prices may from that moment be quoted in a different currency. Please note that changing the country of delivery may affect the price due to the change in currency or country-specific pricing policies.


The total price shown on the final checkout screen includes taxes and shipping costs. This price will be shown in the Order Confirmation which we recommend you print or download for future consultation. If you pay by credit card, the total amount for your entire order will be shown on your bank statement in local currency.

If your local currency differs from the currency in which prices are quoted, your bank will apply the exchange rate in effect on the date of purchase. Your bank may apply a different exchange rate, which is beyond our control.


The price of the products will be the one indicated on the Platform. Prices may vary from time to time, but the variations will not affect orders already confirmed in our Order Confirmations.



We do not ship on some public holidays. Please consult the assistance section of the Website to check delivery dates and times and methods. We can only ship to private or business delivery addresses in the countries listed in the support section of the Site.


Upon delivery, please check that the packaging has not been damaged. If it appears that the products have been damaged, please do not accept the shipment.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you can exercise your legal right of withdrawal. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by communicating your intention to return the product within 30 calendar days of delivery of the product to you or to a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) or, if in the same order you have ordered different goods delivered separately, within 30 calendar days from the date on which the last product was delivered, without giving any justification.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you will be obliged to return the products to us promptly and in any case no later than 30 calendar days from the date on which you communicated your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Please ensure that the products you are returning are complete (e.g. both items forming a pair must be returned) and have not been used in any way other than as reasonably necessary to decide whether you want to keep the products (this means you can try clothing or shoes to measure them but you cannot wear or wash them). In the event of failure to comply with the foregoing and a consequent reduction in the value of the product, we may hold you responsible for such reduction in value. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product is made to your specifications or clearly customized (for example: products).

For practical information on how to return, consult the assistance section of the Platform, which contains the withdrawal form that you can use to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also inform us of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal by means of a different unequivocal communication (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail). It is sufficient for you to send us this declaration before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you inform us of your intention to return a product, we will refund all payments received, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard type of delivery we offer ) without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, we may decide to withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or until you provide us with evidence that the products have been returned.


Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the initial transaction. If you paid by bank transfer you will need to give this information to Customer Service when you initiate the return procedure so that we can refund the amount directly to your account. Pre-ordering is the process through which it is possible to order a product in advance of the date scheduled for its market launch. Due to the nature of the pro-order, the following specific conditions apply to pre-ordered products:

Delivery. Pre-ordered products are intended to be delivered prior to the market launch date, provided payment is received at least 3 business days prior to such date. Actual delivery times depend on when the product is available in our warehouse. Standard delivery times will apply from the time the pre-ordered product is in stock. This information is purely indicative, the times are not binding.

Payment. If you have not chosen payment on or after delivery, the following applies. Payment will be reversed as soon as the order is received (or, in the case of bank transfer, as soon as possible). We will not execute your order until payment has been received. In the case of payment by bank transfer this means that the delivery will take place later than indicated in the previous paragraph.

Product launch date. The expected market launch date (product launch) for your pre-ordered product can be checked on the product description page on the Site.


Event Beyond Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts or other industrial action by third parties, civil disturbance, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

If an Event Outside Our Control occurs which affects the performance of our obligations under these Terms of Sale:

a) we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to let you know;

b) our obligations under these general conditions will be suspended and the deadline for the fulfillment of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control.

In the event that the Event Outside Our Control affects the delivery time for your product, we will arrange a new delivery date with you following resolution of the Event Outside Our Control. If an Event Outside Our Control occurs and you no longer wish us to supply the products, you may cancel the contract. Please review your cancellation rights in the Cancellation paragraph above.
